The beach house was designed to take in the views, with expansive timber deck to the front of the house is a dream come true. With two  bedrooms, a dining room and lounge all opening out onto the decks, you can enjoy stunning views from every angle. The large timber deck provides plenty of space for entertaining guests or simply relaxing in peaceful solitude while taking in breath-taking sunsets over the ocean.
The spacious living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows to take advantage of natural light as well as those incredible sea views on offer from every angle - perfect for enjoying some quality family time together without having to leave your own home, the exposed trusses help to create a great space.
There is a media room along with a master bedroom with its own en-suite, 2x kids room with a single bed I each  1x office  and a guest double bedroom.
Each bedroom also opens up onto its own private balcony where one can truly appreciate nature's beauty at its best; whether it be during sunrise or sunset – no matter what time of day there’s something special about being able to experience such awe inspiring moments right outside your doorstep!
