Double garage with Loft living area over.:- #LG375/73.
$375.00 NZD+ GST

This is a 73² design double garage with a level one living area.
The double garage and loft living area at level one is a great space for those looking to maximize their home’s potential. The main floor of the garage contains plenty of storage, while the loft provides an additional room with multiple possibilities. A small bathroom with shower and toilet at garage level offers convenience, while internal access to the upper level allows for even more uses. This upper level includes a small office as well as 30 square metres more that can be used however you choose – whether it be an extra bedroom, gym or art studio! To top it off, dormer windows create natural light in this otherwise dark space, making this multi-use area both functional and comfortable.

In addition to its practicality, the double garage and loft living area also offers some aesthetic appeal due to its unique design features such as vaulted ceilings which gives it character not found in many other homes today. Furthermore, since all areas are connected internally through doorways or stairs - there's no need for any external access points which makes security much easier when compared with traditional two-story dwellings .

All things considered, adding a double garage & Loft Living Area at Level One is definitely worth considering if you're looking into maximizing your home's potential without sacrificing comfort or style. With so many options available within just one structure - including but not limited  to bedrooms/gyms/offices etc.-you'll have plenty of opportunities to make use of every inch available !

Minor dwellings are self-contained units built on the same site as another residential building. Most minor dwellings fall under district plans as a permitted activity. Councils will have different requirements in different areas. You should check with your council whether you will need a resource consent, building consent or both if you are planning to add a minor dwelling to your site.
